Cocktails are very delicious. The DJ performance was also good, but I cannot say that the atmosphere was very good. The interior design, with changeable seats and chairs, is too basic for this location.

Great Ambience, Even more amazing view of Dubai.. but Very bad service and mediocre food.staffs at the front desk wouldn’t even look around to see customers need anything or anything even if you raise your hands they wouldn’t what appears to be purposefully ignoring you. i have been coming to this place for about 10 years and service has always been bad. usually one person running around taking orders and serving and the others be hanging out in the corner or at the desk chit chatting themselves and ignore customers.But other than that, i highly recommend this place for the amazing view of beautiful Dubai it offers.

Sadly, I expected a lot better food for such a place. It is supposed to be high quality.Beer only from bottles.Food is like it is from Lulu canteen. I think it is even better in Lulu. The calamari was inedible (tough, smelly, and tasteless). Everyone left it. Spring rolls low quality frozen. Potatoes mcdonalds style, satay was acceptable, chicken nuggets only acceptable as well. Food is basically frozen it seems that they just unpack and fry. Expected more from such a place.Music was way too loud to have a conversation.Staff and service were excellent.

Excellent! Everything is good. Very nice place with stunning view of the modern Dubai and Burj Khalifa. The service is exceptional as well as the food selection and quality. It feels so good there that you don't want to leave. Definitely recommended for an unforgettable night while soaking in the city skyline. Thank you very much Level 43!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Four Points by Sheraton, specifically the Level 43 Rooftop Bar, and it was absolutely delightful! The bar, especially in winter, offers a unique ambiance that's perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings. The cozy setting combined with a warm atmosphere makes for a wonderful place to unwind.The highlight, of course, is the stunning view of Sheikh Zayed Road. Watching the city lights twinkle against the skyline while sipping on a well-crafted drink is an experience you won't forget. The panoramic perspective is truly breath-taking and adds a magical touch to the evening.Overall, if you're in Dubai, a visit to Level 43 at the Four Points is a must! Great drinks, an inviting atmosphere, and a view that’s hard to beat—definitely a memorable spot!
